I am from the Niger Delta. Akwa Ibom specifically,l will like to as the Avengers one or two questions.
1. Why didn't you guys start this agitation when our brother GEJ was in power but refused to complete the one thing that holds the region together,that is the East West road.
2. How accountable have you guys held your individual past governors. I spent Christmas in Uyo and nothing will make any reasonable person to destroy the infrastructure that Akpabio left behind. I am not a fan of Akpabio but you cannot take away the little he did in Akwa Ibom. So what did your other governors do with their allocations.
3. Are you guys considering the environmental impact your actions had on the already bad environmental situation in the region
4. Again what did our brother do about the oil blocks when he was president for six years. Or is it cast in iron that oil blocks cannot be allocated or reallocated to someone from the region even when a son if the soil was in charge?
5. What happened to the coastal road that was proposed to go from Lekki to Calabar, proposed during GEJ?
For me, this agitation would have been sweeter when a son of the soil was in charge, otherwise it is looking as if it is as a fallout of GEJ losing elections or could this agitation have taken place if GEJ won the elections?
