Hello,
I Read the article of a very great spell caster and it seems very helpful

Here is what in my view are the immediate concern of the Niger Delta people, which I consider as INTERIM NEGOTIATION agenda at the meeting:
1. Niger Delta indigenes as first choice in employment in the oil industry with at least 40~50% inclusiveness
2. IOCs to plan, budget and directly execute development project in the Niger Delta
3. All development projects AWARD in the Niger Delta by the Federal Govt through NDDC, Min. of Niger Delta, etc., MUST BE PUBLISHED for everyone to know the contractors and the sums to ensure transparency and execution of such projects
4. FG to ensure immediate opening and proper functioning of the sea ports in the Niger Delta
5. Head quarters of IOCs and oil and gas companies to relocate to their areas of operations. Chevron cannot be developing Lagos and killing Delta State
6. Part of petroleum product importations to come through Niger Delta seaports and NOT only LAGOS. This will bring about economic activities
7. Commencement of building New Refineries in the Niger Delta and old ones made to function to enable full scale resumption of economic activities of the DOWNSTREAM OIL & GAS industry in the Niger Delta
8. Immediate passage of the PETROLEUM INDUSTRY BILL
9. Reconstitution of NNPC board with at least 40% of Niger Delta inclusion

And on LONG TERM NEGOTIATION is RESTRUCTURING FOR RESOURCE CONTROL for the Niger Delta to have maximum benefit of the crude oil wealth, as this is what would guaranty TRUE and EQUITABLE development of the Niger Delta
